1. The agreement
These terms govern your use of the Hotelciti platform and website. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the property or company you represent.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping credentials secure. You may invite team members and control their access; you remain responsible for activity under your tenant.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Trials are free for 14 days and require no credit card. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Use Hotelciti only for lawful property-management purposes. Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, disrupt the service, or use it to send spam or store unlawful content.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into Hotelciti. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time, and we will assist with migration if you choose to leave.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime and maintain automated backups. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes & contact
